“It’s not because things are difficult that we dare not venture. It’s because we dare not venture that they are difficult.”

People often resist embracing something new not because it lacks potential, but because it challenges them to step beyond their comfort zones. Although it is in the very act of confronting the uncomfortable where we truly grasp our potential

When we confront the unknown, we open ourselves up to new experiences and possibilities, expanding our horizons in ways we never imagined. The world has so much to offer, and it’s through stepping into the unfamiliar that we truly uncover its boundless potential.

Accepting change is vital for personal growth. Though it may be uncomfortable, it pushes us beyond our limits. Embracing uncertainties helps us discover our true potential and leads to a better understanding of ourselves and the world.

Preface

People are not disturbed by things, but by the views, they take of them
– Marcus Aurelius

Thousands of developers worldwide contribute to this remarkable resource, each with their unique vision of an operating system and specific requirements to meet. This communal effort fosters a rich ecosystem of diverse distributions, each tailored to various user preferences and needs. From streamlined and user-friendly systems to highly customizable and specialized solutions, the abundance of Linux distros reflects the boundless creativity and versatility of its collaborative development model, Below is an interview with Linus Torvalds, the creator of Linux, and git as well.

Why run Linux?

Proprietary Operating Systems like Windows/Mac OS are very restrictive, in terms of having you pay for a Windows license and obscene EULAs, Why should your computer ask you to abide by terms and conditions? you are the sole owner of your machine after all, If an operating system tells you that it needs to capture your usage statistics, can we really trust the company behind it?
